In an ideal world, we would be with our loved ones all of the time, especially as they become more vulnerable. However, many of us have families of our own, are heavily weighed down by work and other responsibilities.
Often it seems that the only choice we have is to move our loved ones into a nursing home, even though we know that it will break their hearts to be taken away from everything that is familiar and that they hold dear.
This is the solution that you are looking for. A Live-In Carer who can be there, when you cannot be. A warm and compassionate carer, can mean that your loved one can continue life as close to normal as possible and is not at risk of isolation and loneliness.
Nor do they have the stress of having to sell off the family home, their belongings, getting rid of their pets and moving to an environment that is totally alien to them. When you contact Live-In Carers, we will initially go through your requirements with you and recommend a placement plan. Our placement plans range from Short Term through to Long Term.
We will then email you a detailed Client Information Sheet, so we can learn about what is important to you and your loved one. The information we are looking for is what do you enjoy, what are your favourite past times and what are your dislikes. We use this as a guide when matching a carer.

All of our carers are fully reference checked, have obtained a Working With Vulnerable People Check, Police Check, First Aid Certificate.
We will provide you with a detailed profile on your potential Live-In Carer , so you and your family/ support worker can determine if you would like to meet them.
